Instagram Highlight Viewer

Type a username and every Highlight pinned to that profile shows up as a row of covers. Tap one to watch it — no Instagram account, and the owner never sees you in the viewer list.

How to view Instagram Highlights without an account

Type the account's username into the box above — with or without the @ — and press View Highlights. Every Highlight on the profile appears as a circle with its cover and title, the same way it sits under the bio on Instagram.

Tap a Highlight to open it. You get all the photos and videos inside as a grid; tap any of them to watch it full screen and step through the rest with the arrows. Nothing to install and nothing to sign in to.

Already have a link to one specific Highlight? Paste it instead of a username — both the long /stories/highlights/… form and the short /s/… link from Instagram's share sheet work, and it opens straight away.

Is it really anonymous?

Yes, and the reason is mechanical rather than a promise. Instagram records a viewer when a logged-in account opens a Story or Highlight. This page never logs in as you — it has no idea who you are on Instagram — so there is no account for Instagram to add to the list.

That also means no follow request, no notification, and nothing in the account's activity that points back to you.

Can someone see who viewed their Highlights?

Only for a short time, and only for viewers who were logged in. Instagram shows the owner a viewer list for 48 hours after a Story was posted; once that window passes, the list is gone even though the Highlight stays on the profile. Views made through this page are not in that list at any point.

What this viewer can and cannot reach

Any public account works. Private accounts do not — not here and not on any site that says otherwise. A private account's Highlights are only served to accounts that follow it, and a website has no such account.

If you see “No public Highlights found”, check the spelling first: Highlights belong to an exact username, and a missing dot or underscore lands on a different account or none at all.

Highlights versus Stories

A Story disappears 24 hours after it is posted. A Highlight is a set of Stories the account has chosen to keep, pinned under the bio until they remove it. This page is for the pinned ones; for what an account posted today, use the Story viewer linked below.

Following a private account?

A private account's Highlights are out of reach for every website, this one included. Recent Follow by IGExport signs in with your own Instagram account, so Stories and Highlights from private accounts you already follow are there — and you stay out of the “Seen by” list.

Frequently asked questions

How do I view Instagram Highlights anonymously?
Enter the username above and press View Highlights. The Highlights load in your browser without any Instagram login, so your account is never recorded as a viewer.
Can I view Highlights without an Instagram account?
Yes. Highlights on public profiles can be read without an account, and this page does not ask for one.
Will they know I looked at their Highlights?
No. Instagram only lists logged-in viewers, and only for 48 hours after the original Story was posted. This page never signs in as you.
Can I view Highlights from a private account?
Not from a website. If you already follow the account, the Recent Follow app can show its Stories and Highlights because it signs in as you.
Can I download a Highlight from here?
Yes. Every photo and video has a download button, in the grid and in the full-screen viewer, and the file is the original quality Instagram serves.
Why does it say no Highlights were found?
The account has none pinned, it is private, or the username is misspelled. Highlights are tied to the exact username.
