How to download Instagram Highlights
Type the account's username into the box above and press Get Highlights. Every Highlight on the profile is listed with its cover and title. Tap the one you want and its photos and videos open as a grid, each with its own download button.
If you already have the link to a Highlight, paste that instead. To copy it in Instagram, open the Highlight, tap the “…” menu or the share icon, and choose “Copy link”. Both link forms work: the long /stories/highlights/… one and the short /s/… one from the share sheet.
Photos save as JPG and videos as MP4, exactly as Instagram stores them. On a phone they land in your downloads or camera roll; on a computer, in your downloads folder.
Download Highlight videos in original quality
Nothing is re-encoded and nothing is stamped on top. The file you get is the one Instagram serves to its own app, so the resolution and sound are whatever the account uploaded.
A Highlight is a set, sometimes of dozens of Stories. Open any item full screen to check it before saving, and step through the rest with the arrows.
Do you need an app or an APK?
No. This page is the whole tool and it runs in the browser you already have. Sideloading a “highlight saver” APK means turning off the check Android uses to stop malware, and a downloader that asks for your Instagram password is asking for something a public Highlight never requires.
Saving your own Highlights
For your own account you do not need a downloader. Every Story you post is kept in your Stories archive as long as archiving is switched on in Instagram's settings, and you can open any of them there and save it to your phone. Instagram's own copy is always the best quality available.
Use this page for Highlights that are not yours — a creator's tutorial set, a brand's product walkthrough, a friend's trip album on a public profile.
What can and cannot be downloaded
Any public account works without an account of your own. Private accounts do not, here or anywhere else: their Highlights are only served to followers who are logged in.
This page saves what is inside a Highlight — its photos and videos — not the round cover image on its own.

The account is private, and you follow it?
A private account's Highlights are out of reach for every website, this one included. Recent Follow by IGExport signs in with your own Instagram account, so Stories and Highlights from private accounts you already follow are there — and you stay out of the “Seen by” list.

Frequently asked questions
- How do I download Instagram Highlights?
- Enter the username above, pick a Highlight from the list, and press the download button on each photo or video you want. A Highlight link works too.
- Can I download Highlights by username, without a link?
- Yes. Type the username and every Highlight on that public profile is listed for you to choose from.
- Will they know I downloaded their Highlight?
- No. Nothing is done from your Instagram account, so you are not in the viewer list and no notification is sent.
- Can I download Highlights from a private account?
- Not from a website. If you already follow the account, the Recent Follow app can show and save its Highlights because it signs in as you.
- Is there a watermark?
- No. You get the original JPG or MP4 that Instagram serves, with nothing added.
- Does it work on iPhone and Android?
- Yes. It runs in any mobile or desktop browser, with nothing to install.
