Instagram shows a profile's following list in a shuffled, non-chronological order. Recent Follow reorders it so the newest follows appear first, giving you a clean chronological view Instagram doesn't surface natively. It also shows recent followers, flags new activity since your last check, and exports any list to CSV — handy for competitor research, influencer discovery, and social media management.

Recent Follow takes a public account's following information and presents it newest-first, so the most recent additions rise to the top instead of being scattered.
