How to see who liked an Instagram post
Open the post or Reel on Instagram, tap the share icon (the paper plane) or the ⋯ menu and choose Copy link. On a computer, copy the address from the browser bar instead; it contains /p/ or /reel/ followed by a code.
Paste the link into the box above and press View likes. The tool checks that the post is public, then lists up to 300 accounts that liked it, with their profile pictures, names and a verified badge where there is one.
Type a name into the search box to check whether someone is in the list, tap any account to open it on Instagram, or press Download CSV to keep the list. Switch to the Comments tab to read the first comments. You never log in, and the person who posted isn't told.
Can you see who liked someone else's post?
Yes, if the account is public. Likes on a public post are visible to anyone on Instagram: under the post, tap the line that says who liked it and you can scroll the names. This page shows the same list without an Instagram account, in a form you can search and save.
Private accounts are different. Their posts are only shown to followers the owner approved, so nobody else can see the post, let alone its likes. If you paste a link from a private account, the tool tells you so instead of showing an empty list.
Why does Instagram only show some of the likes?
On busy posts Instagram doesn't hand out the full list of people who liked it, and many people find the list stops partway through. That is where questions like “why does Instagram only show 100 likes” come from. It is a limit on how much Instagram loads, not a sign that someone hid their like.
This viewer shows up to 300 accounts per post. For a post with a few hundred likes that can be nearly everyone; for one with thousands it is a sample. The list isn't sorted by when people liked, so it can't tell you who liked first or most recently.
What if the like count is hidden?
Some accounts turn off like counts on their posts. That hides the number, not the people: Instagram still lists who liked the post, and so does this page. You'll see the names with a note that the owner hid the count, and the Likes tab shows a dash instead of a number.
Can I see what posts someone else has liked?
No. Instagram removed the Following activity tab in 2019, and since then there has been no way to see everything a person has liked, not on Instagram, not here and not in any app. Sites that promise a feed of someone's likes are guessing or asking for your password.
What this page can do is the reverse: paste a public post and check whether a particular person is among the people who liked it. If what you really want is to keep up with someone's Instagram activity, the Recent Follow app shows who they recently followed.
Instagram comments viewer
The Comments tab shows the first comments on the post, about 15 top-level comments without replies, with when each was posted and how many likes it got. Tap a name to open that profile.
Comments can be downloaded as CSV too: username, full name, comment text, date and comment likes, one row per comment. If the owner turned comments off, the tab says so.

Frequently asked questions
How do I see who liked an Instagram post?
Copy the post's link in Instagram (share icon or ⋯, then Copy link), paste it into the box at the top of this page and press View likes. You'll see up to 300 accounts that liked it.
Can I see who liked someone else's Instagram post?
Yes, for public accounts. Likes on a public post are visible to anyone, and this page shows them without an Instagram login. Posts from private accounts can't be viewed.
Will they know I looked at the likes?
No. Instagram doesn't notify anyone when the likes on their post are viewed, and this tool never logs in to your account or theirs.
Why does Instagram only show some of the likes?
Instagram doesn't always load the full list on busy posts. This page shows up to 300 accounts per post; on posts with thousands of likes that is a sample, not everyone.
Can I see who liked a post if the like count is hidden?
Usually, yes. Hiding the like count hides the number, not the list, so you'll still see who liked the post here, with a note that the count is hidden.
Can I see what posts someone else has liked?
No. Instagram doesn't show anyone's like history, and no website can. This page works the other way around: it shows who liked one post.
Can I download the likes and comments?
Yes. Press Download CSV on the Likes or the Comments tab. The file opens in Excel or Google Sheets, and names in any language stay readable.
Is this Instagram likes viewer free?
Yes. There is no sign-up, no Instagram login and no paid plan.
