Can it read a private account?
No. If they're private, we see exactly what you'd see logged out: nothing. We'll tell you that rather than pretend there's an answer.
Is it accurate?
We don't claim an accuracy rate. You get a call plus the line they wrote and the date behind it, so you can open the original and check. Anything that contradicts the call is listed too.
How is this different from Signal?
Signal reads the full DM history between you and them, for when you're already talking. Signal Scan reads only what they made public, for when you aren't, or not yet.
