This policy explains how the igexport.com website handles your data. It covers the website and its free web tools. The Recent Follow app has its own policy at Recent Follow Privacy Policy, and the LINE Block Checker app at its own policy.

We never ask for your Instagram password on this website, and we never post, follow, unfollow, or change anything on any account.

  • What you type into a tool. When you enter a public Instagram username or a post link, that value is sent to our servers — and on to the upstream providers we use to fetch public data — so we can show you the result. We do not build a search history tied to you.
  • Request data. Like any web server, we record technical data for each request: IP address, user agent, referring page, requested URL and timestamp. We use it to serve the page, to diagnose failures, and to detect abuse such as automated scraping.
  • Nothing else by default. We do not require an account to use the website, and we do not ask for your name, address or payment details to browse it.

This website shows ads from Google AdSense. Google and its ad partners use cookies and similar device identifiers to serve and measure ads, which may include personalised ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites.

If you are in the EEA, the UK or Switzerland, we show a consent message before any advertising or measurement cookies that require consent are set. The website is served by Vercel and sits behind Cloudflare, both of which process request data (including your IP address) on our behalf in order to deliver pages and to protect the site from attack and abuse.

  • Server and edge request logs: retained for a short operational window (on the order of days to a few weeks) by our hosting and CDN providers, then discarded.
  • Usernames and links you enter: processed to produce your result and not retained as a profile about you.
  • Advertising and analytics cookies: their lifetimes are set by Google and the vendors you consented to; you can delete them at any time in your browser.

If you are in the EEA, the UK or Switzerland, you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, and the right to data portability. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time.

9. Children

This website is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country, where that is higher), and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.
