This policy explains how the LINE Block Checker app ("the App") handles your data. The App is developed and operated by Total Management Services America Inc. ("TMSA"), a California corporation. With respect to the App, TMSA is your personal-data controller and service provider.

3. Data we collect
To deliver the LINE block-detection feature, the App processes the following:
- LINE OAuth authorization token: obtained when you sign in via LINE's official one-tap auth flow. The token is stored only on your device and used to query the LINE API for friend statuses visible to you.
- LINE friend list and friend states: fetched live via LINE's official API and computed entirely on your device before being shown to you.
- Subscription and purchase records (if any): handled by Apple App Store or Google Play. We never directly handle your payment information.
The App does not collect:
- Your LINE account password (we use OAuth — your password never reaches our servers)
- Your LINE conversations, chat history, stickers, or file content
- Your friends' personal contact information (phone numbers, email addresses, etc.)
- Data from other apps on your device
4. How we use data
We process the data above only to:
- Compare friend states to identify probable block relationships
- Display detection results on your device
- Maintain your sign-in state and subscription status
We do not use your data for:
- Advertising or behavioral tracking
- Sale or exchange with third parties
- Cross-platform user-profile linking
5. Storage and security
- Connection security: all API calls go through VPN / TLS encrypted channels.
- Local storage: OAuth token, friend list, and detection results live only on your device.
- Server side: we do not retain your LINE account data, friend list, or detection results on our servers.
- Password handling: we never touch your LINE password.
6. Retention and deletion
- Local data: removed when you sign out of the App or uninstall it.
- Server data: we hold no data identifiably tied to your LINE account.
- Customer-support correspondence: retained for up to 24 months for follow-up purposes; deletable on request.
7. Third-party services
To deliver the App, the following third parties process your data (each under its own privacy policy):
- LINE Corporation / LY Corporation: official LINE OAuth and API.
- Apple Inc.: iOS App Store installation, subscription, and payment processing.
- Google LLC: Google Play installation, subscription, and payment processing.
The App is not affiliated with, partnered with, or acting as agent for LINE Corporation / LY Corporation. "LINE" is their trademark.
8. Your rights
Wherever you are located, you can:
- Sign out from the App at any time, immediately revoking LINE OAuth authorization
- Uninstall the App, deleting all local data with it

Under applicable law (including but not limited to California CCPA / CPRA, EU GDPR, UK GDPR, Brazil LGPD), you may have:
- Right to know

- Right to delete / erasure

Because the App processes data locally and retains no identifiable data on our servers, most of these rights are effectively exercised by signing out and uninstalling. If you wish to exercise a right in writing, please contact us by email.
9. Children's privacy
The App is not directed at children under 13 (per US COPPA) or minors under 16 (per EU GDPR). If you become aware that a child is using the App, please contact us and we will promptly remove any associated data.
10. International data transfers
TMSA's principal place of business is in California, USA. If you are located outside the United States, by using the App you understand and agree that your data may be processed within the US. We have implemented reasonable technical and organizational measures to safeguard cross-border transfers.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced on this page and the "Last updated" date will be revised. Please review periodically. Continued use of the App after a change indicates acceptance of the updated policy.
