LINE Block Checker Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of terms

Welcome to the LINE Block Checker app ("the App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Service provider

The App is developed and operated by Total Management Services America Inc. ("TMSA"), a California corporation.

3. Description of the service

The App offers the following:

  • Using your signed-in LINE identity, the App queries and aggregates which of your LINE friends may have blocked you
  • Detection results are shown only on your device; no message, sticker, group invite, or call is sent to the contacts being checked

The App is not affiliated with, partnered with, or acting as agent for LINE Corporation / LY Corporation. "LINE" is their trademark.

4. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 16 years old (in the EU / EEA / UK) or 13 years old (elsewhere) to use the App
  • You must own a valid, lawfully obtained LINE account
  • You must comply with LINE's official Terms of Service and applicable local laws

5. Restrictions

You agree not to:

  • Use the App to harass, stalk, defame, or otherwise harm others
  • Use someone else's account or impersonate another person
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or circumvent any technical protection of the App
  • Use automated tools to call the App's APIs at scale (without prior written authorization)
  • Use the App in violation of LINE Corporation / LY Corporation's Terms of Service
  • Use detection results for unlawful or improper purposes

6. Intellectual property

The App's source code, designs, trademarks, text, and images are owned by TMSA or used under valid license. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without TMSA's prior written consent.

7. Subscription and payment

  • Core block-detection features are free to use. Some advanced features require a subscription.
  • All payments are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play; charges, renewals, and refunds follow each platform's policies.
  • To cancel a subscription, please use your account settings on Apple App Store or Google Play.

8. Disclaimers

  • Detection results are probabilistic inferences, not guaranteed to be 100% accurate.
  • LINE may change its API, rules, or behavior at any time, which can reduce detection accuracy. TMSA makes no guarantee or compensation for such changes.
  • The App is provided "as is" / "as available," without warranty of being error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for any specific purpose.
  • TMSA is not responsible for interpersonal consequences or emotional reactions arising from the use of detection results.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TMSA and its directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages (including but not limited to loss of profit, loss of data, or loss of goodwill) arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App.

10. Termination

If you breach these Terms, TMSA may suspend or terminate your right to use the App at any time without prior notice. Upon termination, the provisions of these Terms relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution will continue to apply.

11. Governing law and dispute resolution

  • These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
  • Any dispute arising from these Terms or the App shall first be addressed by good-faith negotiation between the parties.
  • If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be exclusively resolved by a court of competent jurisdiction located in Los Angeles County, California, USA.

12. Changes to these terms

TMSA may amend these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms; if you do not agree, please stop using and uninstall the App.
